Manual values
Record your own value, or run the Midas Valuation Wizard for a collectible type or selected collections. Refine the selection by the fields relevant to that type.
Value with context
GatherThat supports manual and automated valuation workflows for collection types where useful market evidence is available.

Why it matters
Values can come from purchases, appraisals, completed sales, price guides, or category-specific market services. GatherThat lets the collector keep a chosen value while retaining the context needed to understand it later.
This matters because two visually similar items may differ sharply by edition, condition, authenticity, provenance, or market timing. Valuation is a maintained record, not a permanent verdict.
What it brings together
Record your own value, or run the Midas Valuation Wizard for a collectible type or selected collections. Refine the selection by the fields relevant to that type.
Review each item’s evidence, valuation coverage, and any clearly labeled saved reference values. Records without usable evidence remain unvalued.
Keep a dated valuation history, pause after the current item, and resume saved work. Review the scope and maximum shared AI allowance before starting.
Review totals and coverage in each saved valuation snapshot. Later edits to personal values do not rewrite that snapshot.

A closer look
Markets change, condition matters, and no estimate is perfect. Keep the recorded value and supporting context close enough to revisit.
Keep value connected to evidence.
